Module Fabrication and Assembly

NANA Construction has developed the Big Lake FabricationFacility with truckable module component fabrication and assembly as its primary function.

The production of “turn-key” production, electrical, and control modules begins in the fabrication and steel preparation / coatings area and flows through the mechanical / piping and electrical areas out through architectural and shipping preparation to the load-out area.

The Big Lake location offers unhampered access to the Parks Highway and for full size modules can cut up to two days of travel time to the North Slope in comparison with the Anchorage based fabrication shops. Currently at approx. 12+ acres of usable space, the facility is planned for 20 fenced acres with accommodations for multiple client offices and conference rooms with training and meeting areas to be developed in the near future.
