Pre Engineered Blast Modules
NANA Construction has developed pre engineered design packages for Break rooms, Security checkpoints, Communications Buildings, Control Rooms, Enviro-vac’s, Office complexes, Man camps, and various other support building ranging in size from 10’x40’ Job trailers to 40’x80’ Control rooms to 340’x160’ Man Camps. We have design packages available for 0.6,2,5, and 8 -20 psi modules. All designs are modular and cold weather tested.
NANA Construction is the exclusive provider of the ASAP (Anti-Ballistic and Protection) wall systems.
The ASAP wall systems are U.S. Department of State certified as well as UL level 8 rated. By using ASAP insulated wall panel systems we are able to achieve higher R-values and are able to provide up to 3 hour fire ratings in our medium to high range BRMB’s.
Anti Blast
- As with our other blast mitigation products the ASAP wall systems can be used in both new and retrofit construction. ASAP wall systems offer high protection, yet versatile, lightweight modular wall system - modified to satisfy a variety of threat levels.
Anti-Ballistic
- The same design principle’s found in the Anti-Blast Only with added layers of protection to prevent Ballistic threats as well.
- With passing a UL level 8 test (Testing five 30-06 armor piercing rounds in a 4 ½ square) three different full metal jacket bullets fire into the wall - Non exiting
- Two separate wall attacks- one center of field d and one on seam
Anti-Forced Entry
- Based off the Anti-Ballistic design this wall system offers added protection layers to meet the highest D.O.S. certification for Anti-Entry (1 hour FE/BR)
